Issuer: Capital Development Authority (Procurement & Contract Agreement-I). Electronic bids are invited on Single Stage - One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a). Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid registration in relevant category and Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10 for the year 2026-27.

Bidding documents are available to registered bidders on E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favour of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Prospective bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the respective Bid Security on E-PADS in PDF and provide the original on or before submission of the respective bids to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA.
Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk on or before 2026-07-13 at 10:00 am. Manual bids will not be entertained. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly the same day at 11:00 am at the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room No. 29, Block III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
