Eligibility & conditions

- Contractors/firms must be registered on E-PAD and with FBR & PRA (active Tax Filer NTN and PNTN) and enlisted in the relevant PEC category for FY 2025-26.

- Bidding documents will be uploaded electronically; manual submission is not acceptable.

- There must be no cutting/amendment in tender/bidding forms. Telegraphic or conditional tenders and bids without earnest money will not be entertained.

- For tender/bid amounts quoted 5% below or beyond 5% of the estimated cost, the lowest bidder shall deposit performance security at 10% of estimated cost (including CDR deposited at tendering) in shape of Deposit-at-Call from a scheduled bank as per PLG (Works) Rules-2017.

- Firms/contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes at the time of release of payment as admissible under the rules.
