PBC Invitation for Bids — Renting Prime Commercial Flats & Properties (Deadline 2026-06-30)

Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) Headquarters Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputed and financially sound entities under PPRA Rule 36(b) (Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure) for renting suitable underutilized land and properties located at key commercial hubs across Pakistan.

Eligibility & key requirements

• Registration with SECP (where applicable) and FBR (active taxpayer); valid NTN & GST.
• Valid license(s) and relevant experience for commercial leasing/operation.
• Affidavit confirming the bidder is not blacklisted by any Federal/Provincial government department and absence of litigation/disputes.

Bid security, fees & submission method

• Bid security: 2% of the bid value (refundable) must be submitted through PPRA e-PADS along with the bid.
• Non-refundable bidding fee: PKR 20,000 (pay order in favor of PBC Islamabad). Parties who submitted this fee in similar recent bids will not be charged again.
• Submission: Bids must be submitted online through PPRA e-PADS and in hard copy at PBC Headquarters (Room No. 426) before the stipulated deadline.

Deadlines & opening

• Submission deadline: 2026-06-30 (1200 hours)
• Bid opening: 2026-06-30 (1230 hours)
