Key instructions: Bids to be submitted on a lump-sum contract basis by registered firms/companies/proprietors/consortia with relevant registration with income tax, sales tax and other applicable tax authorities. Bidders must upload bids on ePADS and submit original bid security (in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order from a scheduled bank) as instructed. Detailed eligibility criteria, bid scope and terms & conditions are provided in the bidding documents. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Applicable government taxes (Income Tax, NTN and Sales Tax) will be deducted as per rules.
