Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed single-stage, one-envelope bids for leasing constructed shops at Kharkhano Market, Peshawar on a One-time Premium (non-refundable) and Advance Annual Rent basis for a period of 21 years (extendable for another 21 years).
Key dates and submission:
Bid submission deadline: 2026-06-30 at 03:00 PM. Bid opening: 2026-06-30 at 03:30 PM at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station (in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives).
How to obtain documents and bid requirements:
- Bid documents and Terms & Conditions can be obtained during working hours from REDAMCO corporate office, Islamabad or REDAMCO office Peshawar Cantt.
- Bid document fee: Rs. 1,000 per shop (in shape of CDR/PO) in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd.
- Separate bid security (CDR/PO) for each shop is required in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd and must be attached with the bid.
- Bids shall be offered on premium (non-refundable). Shop number must be written on the top left corner of the envelope. Bids not supported by required CDR/PO will be rejected.
- The successful bidder must deposit 100% of the offered lease premium plus the first month’s rent within 15 working days of issuance of the acceptance letter, failing which the bid will be forfeited.
- REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reason.
