Company Secretary Required for Listed Company — Karachi Office

A listed company seeks an experienced, qualified Company Secretary for its Karachi office. Applicants must meet the eligibility under the Companies Act, 2017 and the Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019, be a member of a recognized professional accountants' body or an institute of corporate/chartered secretaries (or hold other SECP-prescribed qualifications), and have a minimum of five years' relevant secretarial, corporate and regulatory experience in a listed company.

Applicants should have full knowledge of the Companies Act, 2017, Securities Act, 2015, Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations and other corporate laws; experience with board matters, general meetings, corporate disclosures and regulator liaison is preferred.
