Tender Notice: Sale/Auction of Animal Hides, Bones and Live Calves — Military Farm Kharian Cantt (01 Jul 2026–30 Jun 2027)

Officer Commanding, Military Farm Kharian Cantt invites quotations for the period 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Quotations will be opened on 30 June 2026 at 11:00 in the presence of bidders. A call deposit (earnest money) payable to the Director General Remount Veterinary & Farms, GHQ Rawalpindi is required: Rs.15,000 for hides and bones of dead animals, and Rs.15,000 for each live calf of cow and buffalo.

Income tax and sales tax will be deducted as per law. The Director General may accept or reject quotations without assigning reason. If the tender cannot be held on the scheduled date it will be re-scheduled to 15 July 2026. Monthly auctions of condemned stores, animals and related feed/medicines are held at Military Farm Kharian on Thursdays; further details available during office hours.
