Tender Notice — Military Farm Kharian Cantt (Jul 2026–Jun 2027)

The Officer Commanding, Military Farm Kharian Cantt invites sealed quotations/tenders for miscellaneous disposals and sales for the period 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, including skins and bones of dead animals and sale of live calves of cows and buffaloes.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders on 2026-06-30 at 11:00. A call deposit of Rs.15,000 is required with tenders for (1) animal skins and bones and (2) live calves (per head); deposits must be paid to the Director General Remount Veterinary and Farms, GHQ Rawalpindi — tenders without the deposit will not be accepted. Income tax and sales tax will be deducted as per law. If the scheduled date is postponed, tenders will be held on 15 July 2026. Further details are available during office hours.
