Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA). CDA invites electronic bids under Single Stage - One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a) for multiple road rehabilitation/improvement projects in Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant category and Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10 for 2026-27.

Bid documents (electronic) and detailed requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk and on www.ppra.org.pk. Prospective bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the required Bid Security (Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA) in PDF on E-PADS and submit the original Bid Security to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA on or before submission of the respective bids.
Submission deadline: Online bids must be submitted through E-PADS on or before 2026-07-13 at 10:00 AM. Manual bids will not be entertained. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day (2026-07-13) at 11:00 AM at the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room No. 29, Block II, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad, in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives.
