The Pakistan Navy invites sealed bids from reputed production firms, media/production houses, general order suppliers and printers for provision of audio-visual and related services for CFY 2026-27.
| Scope / Services | Production of audio-visual content (documentaries, songs, promos, telefilms, dramas etc.) in HD format; development of AI & CGI generated visual content; development/fabrication of exhibition/promotional articles; souvenirs; development of publishing/printing material (books, brochures, pamphlets) for maritime awareness; audio publishing/fabrication domains. |

| Eligibility / Registration | Media/Production Houses must have valid NTN and Professional Tax Registration for 2026-27. Suppliers/Printers must have applicable GST/NTN registration with Government of Pakistan for 2026-27. Firms should have requisite expertise or can hire/arrange the required expertise. |
| Bid Submission | Technical and Financial Quotations/proposals must be submitted separately (technical & financial in separate envelopes) along with copies of applicable registrations. Proposals must reach PR Directorate, Naval Headquarters (NHQ), Islamabad by 10:30 AM on 2026-06-30. |
| Bid Opening & Timings | Technical Quotations will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders/representatives. Firms may obtain details/criteria from Directorate of Public Relations (Navy) during working days from 0900 to 1100 hours prior to closing date. |
| Procurement Rules & Evaluation | Bidding will be carried out as per PPRA rules. Technical and Financial Quotations will be evaluated; incomplete technical submissions not meeting criteria will not be considered. Financial quotations to be provided as required. |
| Engagement | Selected firm(s) will be engaged during Current Financial Year (CFY) 2026-27 for various projects as per requirement. |
