GIKI Tender for Running Cafeteria on Rental Basis at Topi – Bid by 2026-08-03

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids under the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for hiring/outsourcing the GIK cafeteria on a rental basis at GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi (Tender No. GIKI/PDFCD-1141/26).

Eligible firms with at least five years' relevant experience and valid registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax (GST), and the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority (listed on the ATL) may download documents from www.giki.edu.pk or collect them from GIK Admin Block, Room F-09. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and refundable earnest money of Rs. 100,000 must accompany sealed bids submitted by 1500 hours on 2026-08-03 (bids opened at 1530 hours the same day).
