Procurement method: Single Stage-One Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bid security: Rs. 140,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of CE/PD, CRBC (LCG) Project, D.I. Khan; must be delivered physically before the bid submission deadline.
Submission: E-bids must be submitted via EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/) on or before 1100 Hours, Thursday, 2026-06-18. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 Hours. Manual submission will not be accepted. Vendors should register on EPADS v2.0 if not already registered.
