GIKI Tender for Running Cafeteria on Rental Basis (Tender No. GIKIPD/FCD-1141/26)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids under the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for hiring/outsourcing the GIK cafeteria on a rental basis at GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi. Eligible bidders must have a minimum of five (05) years' relevant experience in operating cafeterias/canteens at large educational institutions or comparable organizations, be registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax (GST) and the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and refundable earnest money of Rs. 100,000 must accompany sealed bids submitted by 1500 hours on 2026-08-03; proposals will be opened at 1530 hours the same day.
