Eligibility: Registered contractors/firms with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and code with valid PEC license and registered certificate in category C-6, code ME-06 for 2025-26 as specified in the bidding document.
Documents & Submission: Electronic bidding documents are available on the E-PADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and www.ppra.org.pk. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security (Pay Order/C.D.R.) in PDF on E-PADS; the original must be provided on or before bid submission to the office of Director (WR), CDA. The Pay Order/C.D.R. must explicitly state the purpose (i.e., Bid Security).
Notes: Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS as per bidding document instructions. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives. The Authority reserves the right to reject all applications under PPRA Rules 2004.
