Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways — state owned enterprise.
Purpose: Sealed competitive bids are invited for exclusive selling rights for three (03) years on the Pakistan Railway network for listed product categories. Bids must be submitted as per bidding documents and Public Procurement Rules.

Key conditions and application instructions:
- Bidding documents (containing detailed terms & conditions) are available from REDAMCO during working hours or can be downloaded from www.redamco.com.
- Bids must be submitted as sealed Technical & Financial Bids in a single envelope for each category (Single Stage - Single Envelope). Each bid must be accompanied by the specified bid security and a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 20,000/- in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd.
- Incomplete, conditional bids or bids without the specified bid security will be rejected. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without incurring liability.
- Bidders must quote best and final price (exclusive of all applicable taxes); no negotiations are expected.
- Procurement will be conducted under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 (amended).
Submission & opening times (as published): Bids shall be submitted by 02:30 PM and will be opened at 03:00 PM on the published closing date (see bidding documents / contact REDAMCO for the exact calendar year).
