E-Tender: Special/Petty Repair & Fortification Works at Police Stations/Posts – District Khyber (FY 2026-27)

District Police Officer, Khyber (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police) invites sealed e-bids via E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible contractors/firms registered with KPRA and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the Financial Year 2026-27 in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

Submission & Bid Document Instructions:

• Bid solicitation documents shall be downloaded from the EPADS portal: https://kp.ecprocure.gov.pk.
• Submit scanned bids via EPADS and deliver the original hard copy in sealed envelopes marked "Technical Bids" to the office of the undersigned by registered courier/service before the closing time and date.
• Bidders failing to submit both soft (EPADS) and hard copies will be declared non-responsive.
• Technical evaluation will be carried out by the Chairman Procurement Committee based on the bid solicitation criteria.
• Bids received by hand, fax, telephone or email will not be entertained. Submission of forged or fake documents will result in debarment.
• In case of any discrepancy between hard and soft copies, the bid shall be rejected as non-responsive.
• If the submission/opening date is affected by unforeseen reasons or public holidays, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and place.
• Further information/clarification can be obtained from the office of SP Investigation, Khyber Police.
• The procuring entity may reject all bids as per KPPRA Rules; grounds for rejection will be communicated on request.
