Tender Notice: C&W Division Torghar — Road Construction, Improvement & Rehabilitation Works (EPAD System)

Scope: Invitation for bids for five road works involving construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening (blacktopped/PCC) within the Torghar Division. Bids are invited from eligible firms/contractors meeting the required PEC categories.

• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-20 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Torghar.
• Last date for submission of e-Bids: 2026-07-27 at 12:00 PM.
• Opening of e-Bids: 2026-07-27 at 12:30 PM.

Submission & Procedure: Electronic bids shall be submitted through the EPAD system. Hard copies and required documents as per EPAD instructions and KPPRA rules must be submitted to the Procuring Entity where specified. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and bidders must comply with bid security, tender fee, PEC category, and other conditions as per the tender document.
