NHA e-Bid: Repair/Maintenance of Flyover at KM 128 (Thatha Bhattian Crossing) on M-2 — SM-2025-M2-01

National Highway Authority (Punjab-North Region, Central Zone) invites e-Bids for special maintenance work for repair/maintenance of the flyover at KM 128 (Thatha Bhattian Crossing) on Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M-2). Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR, and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026. Bid security of 2% of the Engineer's Estimate is required in the form of pay order/CDR in favour of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund-Security Deposit).

Procurement & Submission: Method of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelopes. Bidding documents are available free for download at the NHA e-bidding portal. e-Bids must be submitted online at www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk on or before 2026-07-16 by 11:00 Hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Firms must provide accurate information; false or unsubstantiated information may lead to disqualification and legal action. NHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. All firms are advised to obtain EPPS (PPA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately, as manual (hard-copy) bids will be eliminated in future procurements.
