Public Sector Tender Notice for Supply of Equipment, Materials and Services for Kundian/Mianwali Sites

A public sector organization (Head Procurement, H-Block, Near K-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad) invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices, for the supply of various items, works and services for Kundian (and a civil work for Mianwali). Tender documents are available on working days (Monday–Friday) between 09:00 and 13:00 on written request supported with the non-refundable tender fee (as listed below) in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order payable to the Principal Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Call deposit will not be accepted. Tenders will be received up to the opening time on the respective opening dates and will be opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Tender details are also available on www.ppra.org.pk.

How to apply / submit: Obtain tender documents in person on working days (09:00–13:00) with the specified tender fee (Bank Draft / Pay Order). Submit sealed tenders by the stated opening time; tenders received after the deadline will not be entertained.
