Eligibility and bidding requirements:

• Only registered/security companies having NOC from the Ministry of Interior/Government of Pakistan and relevant provincial agencies are eligible.
• Companies must be registered with relevant authorities (example: SESSI/Income Tax) and provide proof as required.
• Bid security of 2% of the bid price is required in the form of a call deposit from a scheduled bank in favor of the Accounting Officer, NHA (Sindh-South).
• Bids will be evaluated under the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure; technical proposals must meet NHA conditions and successful firms will provide guards as per NHA terms.
• All firms should ensure compliance with labour/wages and statutory requirements; noncompliance may lead to disqualification.
