Pakistan Navy (Directorate of Public Relations) invites sealed bids from reputed production firms, media houses, production houses, general order suppliers and printers with expertise in audio/visual content creation, publishing and fabrication for CFY 2026-27. Required services include production of documentaries, songs, promos, telefilms, dramas, HD content, development of AI/CGI-generated visual content, fabrication of exhibition/promotional articles, souvenirs, printed materials (books/brochures/pamphlets) for maritime awareness and allied printing/publishing work.
Key eligibility and document requirements:
- Media/Production houses must have valid NTN and Professional Tax registration for year 2026-27.
- Printing/publishing suppliers must be GST/NTN registered with the Government of Pakistan for year 2026-27.
- Technical and Financial Quotations/proposals must be submitted separately along with copies of applicable registration documents.
