Transport E-Tender (Workers Welfare High School Girls, Kasur) — Hiring Vehicles for 2026–28

Issuer: Workers Welfare High School (Girls), Basti Barat Shah, Kasur (Punjab). Reference: WWSGK-26/293 dated 22/06/2026. The school invites online e-bids from financially sound, experienced and Income-Tax registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities to students for two academic years (2026-27 & 2027-28).

Scope: Transport services for 15 routes (Sr. No. 1–15 as published) requiring one vehicle per route. Vehicle model 2015 or later will be acceptable (documentary evidence required). Bidders must be registered and eligible to participate through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) portal.

• Procurement will be carried out through the E-PADS portal. All interested applicants must register and register/submit bids on E-PADS to be eligible.
• Tender documents must be submitted online on E-PADS by the specified deadlines. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Bidders must submit an earnest money Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the total estimated contract cost in favour of Principal, Workers Welfare School (Girls), Kasur; original CDR must be submitted to the school before the closing time of e-submission.
• Technical & Financial bids to be submitted online separately. The single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed.
• Only bids submitted online on E-PADS before the deadline will be considered. Bids incomplete, unsigned, stamped, late or submitted by mode other than EPADS will not be considered.
• Participating firms must secure at least 70% marks as per technical qualification criteria. All rates must include applicable government taxes. Successful bidder will submit Performance Guarantee in the shape of CDR @5% of the contract amount prior to or at the time of signing the contract.
