Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (IT, Repair, Surveillance & POL)

Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi invites bids under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) for supply/services for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities.

Bidding documents containing terms, conditions and quantities are available free of cost on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e-procurement portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewtender.aspx). Response time will be calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website.

Procedure and bid security: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS (E-Procurement Acquisition & Disposal System) according to the above schedule. Each bidder must submit a fresh CDR / Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price as refundable bid security in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. The original bid security must be delivered to the institute address before the closing time and date. RIC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery or electronic submission of bids.

If the date of opening falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day shall be treated as the date of submission and opening; time and venue will remain the same.
