The Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) invites e-bids for procurement of equipment/items under Project NR-354: Appraisal and Adoption of Efficient Rainwater Harvesting Techniques for Effective Soil and Water Conservation and Use. Funds are reserved under PARC for FY 2025-26. Bidding will be conducted using EPADS v2.0 and Single Stage-One Envelope with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
