PECTAA Invitation for Mark-up Rates for Re-investment of Rs. 770 Million (TDRs) — Lahore

The Punjab Education Curriculum, Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA) invites sealed mark-up proposals for re-investment of existing Term Deposit Receipts (TDRs) totalling Rs. 770.00 million. Proposals are invited from eligible banks for re-investment of the following TDRs.

Eligibility: All Public/Private and Islamic Banks (excluding Specialized Banks, Development Finance Institutions, Microfinance Banks and Foreign Banks operating in Pakistan) having a minimum long-term rating of "AA" as evaluated by JCR-VIS or PACRA and published by the State Bank of Pakistan, with validity at least up to 05-08-2026.

Submission details: Sealed, stamped and signed mark-up proposals must reach the undersigned by 03:00 PM on 2026-07-13. Proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of the Finance Committee of PECTAA and branch managers or their authorized representatives. If the opening day is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the last date for submission.
