Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (Medical & Plant Equipment & Repairs)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi. Sealed/electronic bids are invited under PPRA rules for supply, plant & machinery and repair works for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree for FY 2026-27.

Key instructions: Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities. A single-stage two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPAD/e-procurement system (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System). Bidders must also submit original bid security (refundable CDR/Bank Guarantee) in favour of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology before the tender opening. Original bid security (refundable) must reach the Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi before the time of opening. RIC will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in the preparation or delivery of bids. If the tender opening date falls on a public holiday, the next official working day will be considered.
