NHA Invitation for e-Bids — Data Communication Services between ETM Toll Plazas / Weigh Stations and NTOC (Islamabad)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Finance Wing - Revenue Section), Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan. Purpose: e-Bids are invited for the procurement of services for data communication medium between ETM toll plazas and weigh stations with the National Traffic Operation Centre (NTOC) at NHA Headquarters, Islamabad.

Eligibility & key requirements:

- Prospective bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
- Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and hold the required valid certificate(s).
- Bidding will follow the NHA e-Bidding (Single Stage - Two Envelopes) procedure. Bidders must use the NHA e-bidding portal.

- Firms are advised to obtain EPÅS/PPRA registration immediately at the government procurement portal as manual (hard-copy) bids are being phased out.
- Technical bids will be received at the address below and opened on the same day (time frame shown in the bidding documents).
