Institute of Space Technology Invitation to Bid — Supply of Lab Equipment, Mobility Kit, UPS, Batteries & AMC (Closing 2026-07-07)

Institute of Space Technology (IST) Islamabad invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers or contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of the following items and services. Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, bid submission procedure, bid security, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection conditions and performance guarantee requirements are available from the Procurement Department, IST, and can also be downloaded from IST website.

Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted to the Procurement Department, Institute of Space Technology, Near Rawat Toll Plaza / Near CDA Toll Plaza, Main Islamabad Highway, Islamabad on or before 11:30 AM on 2026-07-07. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. The advertisement and bidding documents are also available on IST website (www.ist.edu.pk), PPRA website and E-PPRA/E-PPADS portals.
