Punjab Building Department E-Tender — Establishment of Midwifery School, Toba Tek Singh

• Performance guarantee: Successful bidder will furnish 10% performance guarantee in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee within 15 days of award and upload the original.
• All bids must be submitted/downloaded only via the PPRA / E-PADS portal. Bids obtained from the department directly will not be accepted.
• Procurement and evaluation will follow Punjab PPRA rules and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any proposal as per PPRA rules.

Opening and important dates:

• Tender opening (online retrieval): 2026-06-29 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Commissioner, Faisalabad Division, Faisalabad.
• Quoted rates / successful bidder will be announced on the same date in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at 12:00 PM.
