Allama Iqbal Open University (Islamabad) – Invitation for Bids for Refurbishment Works (Jun–Jul 2026)

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad (Directorate of Works) invites sealed/electronic bids from eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026-27 for refurbishment works at AIOU Main Campus, Islamabad. Eligible firms should have relevant PEC code and sufficient experience in turnkey refurbishment/interior projects. Submission is through the Government of Pakistan e-procurement portal (e-PADS) with required bid security as specified in the bidding documents.

Key instructions:

- Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk / e-PADS) by the stated deadline. Scanned copy of Bid Security must be uploaded; original hard copy of Bid Security may be required as per bidding document.

- Pre-bid meeting: 22-06-2026 at 11:00 hrs in the Meeting Room, New ICT Building, AIOU Main Campus, Sector H-8, Islamabad (virtual attendance may be available).
