Municipal Corporation Faisalabad Tender — Removal/Fixing of Pedestrian Bridges (Bids due 2026-07-17)

Municipal Corporation Faisalabad invites electronic bids from contractors/firms registered on E-PADS and having registration with FBR & PRA (active tax filer: NTN & PNTN) and enlisted in the relevant PEC category for financial year 2025-26 for the following work(s). Manual/physical bids or rate submissions will not be accepted.

Key dates & submission: Tender documents will be uploaded and bids received electronically until 2026-07-17 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-07-17 at 12:00 noon at Iqbal Hall, Municipal Corporation Office, Faisalabad, in the presence of the tender opening committee and attending contractors/representatives.

Bid security & conditions: Bids must be accompanied by 5% earnest money in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank. If the quoted bid is more than 5% below or beyond the estimated cost, the lowest bidder will deposit performance security at 10% of the estimated cost (including the initial CDR) as per PLG (Works) Rules-2017. No telegraphic or conditional tenders will be entertained.

Eligibility & obligations: Participating firms must be registered on E-PADS, be active tax filers (NTN & PNTN), and enlisted with PEC for the relevant category for FY 2025-26. The firm/contractor is responsible for all applicable taxes at time of payment. Tender details and conditions can be inspected at the Office of the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure) on working days during office hours.
