CDA Invitation to e-Bid — Road Rehabilitation & Improvement Works in Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids (Single Stage – One Envelope) from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories (Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10 for 2022–27) for multiple road rehabilitation, upgrading and improvement works in Islamabad. Electronic Bidding Documents are available on the e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted online through the e-procure system and be accompanied by the specified Bid Security (Pay Order or CDR in favor of CDA). Hard copy/original of the Bid Security must be furnished as required in the bidding documents.

How to apply / submit bids:

- Obtain and review electronic bidding documents on the national e-procurement portal (eprocure.gov.pk).
- Submit bids online only via the e-procure / E-PADS system; manual/physical bids will not be accepted.
- Upload scanned copy of Bid Security with the online submission and deliver original/hard copy as required before bid opening.
- Bids will be opened publicly on the date and time stated in the bidding documents at the office of Director (P&CA), CDA Secretariat (Room/Block details provided in bidding documents).

- Firms must be PEC-registered in the relevant category with valid registration for Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10 (2022–27).
- Follow instructions, terms and conditions, and submission timelines published in the electronic bidding documents.
