Punjab Building Department E-Tender — Construction of Classrooms & Furniture in Sargodha (3 Packages)

Issuer: Punjab Building Department — Executive Engineer Buildings Division, Sargodha. Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle, Sargodha invites e-tenders from registered engineering firms/contractors on item rates under PPRA e-Tendering System for the following construction packages in Sargodha district.

Key submission & eligibility details:

• Submission method: Online through Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx).
• Registration: Firms/contractors must be registered on Punjab PPRA website and have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category.
• Bid security / Earnest money: 5% (scanned copy to be uploaded). Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee of 5% must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day before opening; otherwise the bid will be declared non-responsive.
• Successful bidder will furnish 10% Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee within 15 days as per rules.
• Tenders will be processed under Punjab PPRA rules; bidders must upload required documents (DNT / BOQs / technical and financial bids, pay analysis summary where applicable) online. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted.
• Bid opening / announcement: Bids will be retrieved and quoted rates/successful bidders announced in presence of the Tender Opening Committee on 2026-07-22. Bidders may attend. Bids to be present at office on 2026-07-22 at 11:00 AM (opening to follow).
