AIOU Islamabad — Invitation for Bids for Refurbishment Works (Pre-bid 2026-06-22; Bids Due 2026-07-06)

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad invites separate electronic bids for multiple refurbishment projects at AIOU Main Campus and related sites. Eligible contractors on the Active Taxpayers List and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2026-27 with relevant CE10 codes and sufficient turnkey refurbishment/interior experience may submit bids through the e-PADS portal.

Key instructions:

- Submit bids electronically via the e-PADS portal: https://eprocure.gov.pk by or before the stated submission deadline and time.

- Bid Security (amount as specified in bidding documents) is required for each activity. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded through e-PADS; the original Bid Security, in a sealed envelope bearing the activity name and reference number, must be delivered to the address given in the bidding documents by the bid submission deadline.

- Bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions, and procedures are available on AIOU and PPRA websites: www.aiou.edu.pk/Tender.asp and www.ppra.org.pk. Bids will be opened via e-PADS at 1100 Hrs on the closing date in the presence of bidders’ representatives at the Meeting Room, New ICT Building, AIOU Main Campus, Sector H-8, Islamabad.
