Purpose: Invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of locally registered Electric Vehicle (EV) 3-wheeler Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and assemblers for participation in the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Program — Phase II and subsequent phases.
The initiative aims to accelerate adoption of electric vehicles, promote local manufacturing and value addition, strengthen indigenous supply chains, ensure product quality and safety, and support sustainable industrial growth in line with the NEV Policy 2025–30. Scope includes distribution of electric 3-wheelers across Pakistan, including AJK and GB. Target: achieve 30% EV penetration by 2030.
