PHDEC Expression of Interest: ISO-22000, HACCP & G.A.P. Certification Support

Pakistan Horticulture Development & Export Company (PHDEC), Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms/consultants to provide certification and compliance support for ISO-22000, HACCP and Good Agricultural Practices (G.A.P.) for horticulture exporters and growers.

Scope & purpose: Shortlisting of service providers to assist exporters/growers in achieving food safety and market access certifications (ISO-22000, HACCP and G.A.P.), including compliance with relevant SPS requirements for target markets.

Eligibility & selection highlights: Firms or consultants with demonstrable experience and accreditation in ISO-22000, HACCP and G.A.P. certification services will be considered. Shortlisting will be based on relevant experience, past projects, and technical capacity.

Cost sharing: A cost-sharing mechanism will be applied (referenced as 80:20 in the announcement), whereby project support and beneficiary contributions will be shared as per PHDEC policy.
