CDA Invitation to E-Bid for Multiple Road Rehabilitation & Improvement Works in Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids (Single Stage — One Envelope) for multiple road rehabilitation and improvement projects in Islamabad. Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant categories (Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10 for the period 2020-27) and meet qualification and eligibility requirements set out in the bidding documents.

Bidding documents, eligibility criteria and terms are available on the e-procurement portals. Bids must be submitted online through the e-procurement system; manual bids will not be accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly on the e-procurement portal in the presence of authorized representatives of the procuring entity and bidders.

- Download bidding documents and submit bids online via the Government e-procurement portal/EPADS as specified in the bidding notice.
- Provide bid security (Pay Order/CDR) in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA as required by the bidding documents.
- Manual submission is not permitted.
