Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) invites e-bids for pre-qualification of rates for printed items/materials required during the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding will follow Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) in accordance with PPRA Rules and E-Pak Procurement Regulation 2023 (S.R.O. 296(1)/2023).
