Re-Tender: Pre-Qualification for Technical Vetting of Industrial Building Plans — Malir Industrial Park, Karachi

Malir Industrial Park (MIP) issues Re-Tender (ID No. 02/2026) to engage a consultancy for pre-qualification of consultant firms for technical vetting of industrial building plans and drawings at Malir Industrial Park, Karachi.

Key conditions and instructions:

• Sealed bids to be submitted on a Two-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure.
• RFP documents obtainable from the office of the undersigned from 08 June 2026 (previously advertised 09 June 2026) on submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed RFP fee (pay order) and production of valid PEC registration certificate.
• Pay order for the RFP fee should be made in favor of "Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd."
• Only registered firms with Sales Tax and Income Tax Department and valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners for the year 2025-2026 are eligible to apply.
• Technical bids must include one original and one copy and be delivered to the PEZDMC Secretariat by the deadline. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be called later.
• MIP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
