Purpose: Pre-qualification of consultant firms for technical vetting of industrial building plans and drawings for Malir Industrial Park, Karachi. Procurement procedure: Sealed bids on a Two-Stage, Two-Envelope basis.

Eligibility and documents: Registered firms with Sales Tax and Income Tax Department registration; valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration; registration with Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners for the year 2025-2026. RFP documents available from the office of the undersigned on submission of a written request and payment of the non-refundable RFP fee by pay order in favor of "Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd" and production of valid PEC registration certificate. The notice states RFP documents can be obtained from 08 June (the text also references previous advertisement on 09 June).

Submission instructions: Submit sealed technical bids (one original and one copy) to the PEZDMC Secretariat by the stated deadline. Financial proposals will be requested only from technically qualified bidders. MIP reserves the right to accept or reject all or any proposal under applicable rules and regulations.
