MEPCO Tender: Outsource Pole Handling, Shifting & Erection Services — Rahim Yar Khan Circle

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), Operation Circle Rahim Yar Khan, invites e-bids (Single-Stage-Two-Envelopes) from MEPCO-approved/registered contractors (A, B & C class) with PEC field specialization EE-04 & EE-05 for outsource services for safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC/Spun poles (36', 45') and 31' LT PCC/Spun poles for new connections, deposit works, maintenance and rehabilitation during Financial Year 2026-27.

Key instructions: Bidders must be MEPCO-approved/registered contractors (A/B/C class) with PEC registration and field specialization EE-04 & EE-05. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS e-procurement system on or before the stated deadlines; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid validity: tenders shall remain valid for 120 days after opening. Bid Security/Guarantee must be submitted as specified in the bidding documents (Deposit-at-call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or bank guarantee) and remain valid per the tender conditions.
