Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites online bids through the E-PADS platform under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (as per PPRA Rules) for multiple PSDP civil works packages. Eligible firms must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the appropriate category and specialization, be on the Active Taxpayers List, and meet other requirements specified in the tender documents. Bidders must submit bids electronically via E-PADS and pay processing fees and bid securities as required. Pre-bid meeting, bid submission and opening dates/times are provided below.
