Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids (Single Stage – One Envelope) from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with relevant project codes (CE-01, CE-10 & CE-20) for 2022–27 for multiple road rehabilitation and upgrading works in Islamabad. Bidding documents and detailed eligibility/qualification requirements are available on eprocure.gov.pk and PPRA website. Bids must be submitted online via eprocure.gov.pk; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA.
