NGC (Formerly NTDC) Tender: RTV Coating Application & Disc Insulator Testing – Transmission Line Division Lahore

National Grid Company (NGC) of Pakistan (formerly NTDC) invites electronic bids for the application of RTV coating material and testing of disc insulators for Transmission Line Division Lahore. This procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTe) procedure under National Competitive Bidding (NCB). Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List.

How to apply: Interested bidders must register and submit bids electronically via the e-procurement Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS v1.0) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted for electronic submission; however, original Bid Security must be submitted to the procuring office before the bid submission deadline.

Bid Security and other requirements: All bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security specified in the bidding document, in favor of Chief Engineer (AM) North, NTDC/NGC, issued by a bank in Pakistan (CDR/Banker’s Cheque/Pay Order). The original Bid Security must be delivered to the purchaser’s office prior to the closing time on the date of submission as specified in the bidding documents.

NGC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Procurement Rules.
