PITB Invitation to Bid – Call Center Agents & Networking Infrastructure (RIC)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites bids for two procurements: (A) procurement of services for call center agents under the CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) framework contract (EGOV-01), and (B) procurement of networking infrastructure equipment for Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) (ITOPS-01).

Procurement A – Call Center Agents (Outsourcing)

Key instructions: Technical and financial bids must be separate, duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Tender documents are available at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and may be downloaded free of cost.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted online on EPADS by 11:00 hours on 2026-06-30. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders are responsible for timely upload on the EPADS portal; PITB will not be responsible for portal issues.

Other notes: Income/sales tax registration certificate and other documents mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany bids. PITB reserves the right to accept or reject any bids or proposals under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. For EPADS registration queries contact extension 1248.
