Municipal Committee Wazirabad invites e-bids (PDF upload) from contractors, firms and manufacturers registered with the e-procurement registration system and relevant authorities (PEC, FBR, PRA/NTN) for the following works. All bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement / e-PADS portal. Original bid security (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted to the Office of Municipal Committee Wazirabad before the e-bid submission deadline.

Bid security & submission method:
Bid security must be in the name of "Municipal Committee, Wazirabad" in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. Original bid security (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted to the Municipal Committee Office, Wazirabad before the e-bid submission deadline. All e-bids must be uploaded in PDF format on the Punjab e-Procurement (e-PADS) portal.

One-stage single envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be properly signed and stamped by the contractor. Bid validity is 120 days. If the last date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered.
