EGM details: Monday, 22 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) auditorium, Chartered Accountants Avenue, Clifton, Karachi. Voting is also available through video link facility.

How to submit postal ballot: Duly filled postal ballot should be sent to the Chairman at the postal address or to the designated email address. A copy of CNIC/Passport (in case of foreigner) must be enclosed. Signature on the postal ballot must match the signature on CNIC/Passport. Incomplete, unsigned, incorrect, defaced, torn, mutilated or overwritten ballot papers will be rejected. Representative of a corporate member must attach appropriate authorization documents (CNIC of authorised person, Board Resolution, Power of Attorney or Authorization Letter) as required.
