Tender: Procurement of Offset Paper, Plates, Toners and Packaging — Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Islamabad

Purpose: Invitation to bids for procurement of pink and light green offset paper (local, high finish), PS plates, CTP plates, PS plates developer, laser-jet toners, tracing paper, UV ink, HD staple machines, corrugated boxes and related items.

Who may bid: Registered manufacturers and General Order Suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List.

Submission & bid security: Bidders must upload complete bids/offers on the PPRA e-portal/e-Proc system and must also ensure hard copy bids reach the undersigned by the deadline. Earnest money / security as required per lot must accompany bids; bids without required earnest money/security will be disqualified.

Samples: At least two (02) samples of each quoted item (full size) must be submitted along with lot-wise bid security in sealed covers by the tender due date and time.

Validity and other terms: Bid validity 90 days. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all tenders under Public Procurement Rules. Purchase quantities may increase or decrease according to requirements and availability of funds.
