Office of the District Council Vehari invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e‑Procurement System for various civil works under the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Fiscal Year 2026-27. Bidders must meet PEC registration and all eligibility requirements as per the bidding documents and Punjab Procurement Rules.
Bids must be submitted electronically only via the Punjab e‑Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be furnished as a Digital Bank Guarantee (e‑Bank Guarantee) through the e‑Procurement System. Performance security will be required as per the contract conditions and will be released after successful completion of the work. The successful bidder will be required to submit a written contract in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
