GCU Faisalabad Tender for Supply of Hardware Items (Computers, Laptops, Multimedia) - 2026

Government College University (Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Control), Faisalabad invites sealed tenders from reputed firms/suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments for the supply of hardware items to be delivered at GCU Faisalabad. Tendering will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope (Technical and Financial) basis. Tender documents are available on the PPRA and GCUF websites and bids must be uploaded on e-PADS through the PPRA portal.

Key requirements and instructions:

• Bid security (refundable) at the rate of 5% of the estimated price must accompany all bids in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favor of “Treasurer GCUF”. The original bid security must be received before the closing time and date.
• Submit Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates, CNIC and other documents as required in the tender documents. Taxes will be deducted as per Government of Pakistan and Government of Punjab rules.
• Firms must not be blacklisted by this organization.

• The tender must be submitted/uploaded on the PPRA website as per the scheduled time; late submissions will not be accepted. The tender will be opened in the presence of vendors/firms or their representatives.
• The University reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals in accordance with PPRA rules (including Rule 35) and will communicate grounds for rejection to bidders on request.
